Registration opens at 8 am on Thursday, and at 7 am on Friday and
Saturday. 
Programs begin at 9 am each day (the afternoon preconference sessions on
Thurs. begin at 1 pm). 

All conference registrants are welcome at the opening reception and
keynote presentation, beginning at 4 pm on Thursday. Colorado First Lady
