This year's Rocky Mountain Book Fair is now the Book & Paper Fair,

expanded to include more collectibles and ephemera.

It again benefits libraries and literacy, through

Library People-Friends of Colorado Libraries.

* TWO OPPORTUNITIES TO RECEIVE FREE TICKETS:

1) Libraries ordering extra supplies of postcard-size handouts for
their library patrons qualify for two free admissions to the event.
Contact Pam Clausen, [log in to unmask], to order postcards and
register for tickets.

2) If you volunteer to help at the Fair, you will receive free
admission for both days. Contact Carol Brussel, [log in to unmask]
<mailto:[log in to unmask]> , to find out times, etc.

* Library staff interested in special collections: Curator/author
Georgia Barnhill, American Antiquarian Society, speaks Saturday, 1 p.m.,
on Civil War broadsides. Also available throughout the fair for
discussions on ephemera/preservation.

* Donations from your library are most welcome. These can be
collectible books or ephemera, or other cultural and leisure items (like
gift certificates for restaurants and hotels). For information, contact
Bonnie McCune (below).
