Hello All,

Prospector should be up and running now for all libraries.  Requesting is also working for all libraries except those using NCIP, which include CSU Fort Collins and Pueblo and DU.  We are working with ExLibris and III to fix the problem with NCIP.
Several of you have reported receiving duplicate paging slips.  There were some problems with requests not showing up after being placed on the patron card.  It's likely that during this time patrons made multiple requests since they didn't appear on the card right away.  This issue should be resolved as requests are now showing up immediately on the account after they are placed.

All Alliance listservs were down last week so please resend any messages you tried to send out last week.

Our next step is to upgrade our new Prospector and Encore servers to INN-Reach 3.2 and Encore to 4.7, respectively  and have III do a system migration to the new servers.  Once this is done, libraries will be able to move to Sierra 4.0, which is compatible with Encore 4.7.  I am in the process of ordering this service through III and will get back with a more precise timeline.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing problems with Prospector.  I will be in touch with CSU and DU regarding NCIP troubles.
