Hello, There is an upcoming NISO workshop September 28-30th in Denver at the Magnolia Hotel. This might of particular interest to Alliance libraries as it offers session on digital repository management and management of electronic resources. Since all the Alliance member libraries are BCR members, they qualify for the discounted registration rate. Rose The National Information Standards Organization (NISO) is hosting a 2.5 day workshop: Managing Electronic Resources. BCR is co-sponsoring the workshop, which will be held at the Magnolia Hotel, Denver, Colorado, September 28-30. Because of BCR's sponsorship, all BCR members are eligible to attend this workshop at the NISO member price of $569 for the full 2.5 days. Single-day registration fee is $219 for members. Nonmember registration fees are $799 for the full workshop or $299 for a single day. Early bird registration rates (by Aug 28) are even cheaper.
