There is an
upcoming NISO workshop September 28-30th in
Rose
The National Information
Standards Organization (NISO) is hosting a 2.5 day workshop: Managing
Electronic Resources. BCR is co-sponsoring the workshop, which will be
held at the Magnolia Hotel,
Because of BCR's
sponsorship, all BCR members are eligible to attend this workshop at the NISO
member price of $569 for the full 2.5 days. Single-day registration fee
is $219 for members. Nonmember registration fees are $799 for the full workshop
or $299 for a single day. Early bird registration rates (by Aug 28) are
even cheaper.

Day 2: Practical collection
and repository management
Day 3: Gluing systems
together to make your collections accessible
