The "Blue Book" usually distributed before major elections through
libraries is NOT available this year because of its size (160 pages!)
and timing on final text. The Legislative Council is unable to provide
sufficient copies.

You may wish to inform your staff where the document can be located on
the Internet. You may also wish to put a link on your library's home
page. This is a very popular document with the general public and
contains summaries of issues from all sides. A PDF version is at

The Colorado Talking Book Library records the Blue Book for patrons.
This year an audio file of the Blue Book has been posted on that web
site. Anyone who prefers the audio version to reading can use the
service. Visit www.cde.state.co.us/ctbl/2006_Legislative_Blue_Book.htm
