Mesa State College Licenses Gold Rush

 

The Colorado Alliance of Research Libraries is pleased to announce that the Mesa State College Library (http://www.mesastate.edu/msclibrary/index.htm) has licensed Gold Rush Complete. 

 

Founded in 1925, Mesa State College is a comprehensive, liberal arts college offering programs at the master, baccalaureate, associate degree, and certificate levels.  Top programs at Mesa State include Business Administration, English, Biology, Fine and Performing Arts and Psychology.  The library holds more than 70 databases containing a large variety of full text journal articles, newspaper stories, e-books, pamphlets, encyclopedia articles, etc. Their databases cover a wide range of academic subjects including business, medicine, sciences, social sciences, law and the humanities.  Patrons have access to 15,000 online journals.

Gold Rush is web-based central digital registry of databases and electronic journals including both stand-alone and titles embedded within aggregated services. Gold Rush Complete offers a suite of tools for public access and staff management. The web-based search interface is intuitive, and allows for easy searching of electronic journals and databases showing full-text from primary publishers, aggregators and indexing/abstracting services.  Gold Rush Complete offers openURL link resolution, subscription management, a public search interface (A-Z) and content comparison.
