Hello,

In order to access the new Search and Export feature in Subscriptions, you will need to activate this feature within Gold Rush. 

Go to http://grstaff.coalliance.org

Enter login, preferably administrator level where you have the ability to modify a login. 

Select Settings>User Management>Add Edit Users

Select user and check Advanced Search and Export boxes under Subscriptions—Site.  Make sure to click the update button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes. 

Next time you login to the Staff Toolbox, the Advanced Search and Export links should be available from the Subscriptions module.
