Thanks, Rose, for working with these folks to get this fixed quickly!  
I imagine they got a lot of heat from subscribers all over the world.  I
wouldn't want to be in their IT department right now.

Hello,
 
It looks like CrossRef and the New England Journal of Medicine were able
to resolve domain issues and now links that go to NEJM are going through
the new domain www.nejm.org.  Gold Rush sites that subscribe to NEJM
should once again be able to link to articles in this journal.
