Hello,

When comparing two very large databases i.e. Scopus or Web of Science, it is best to use the "compare multiple databases" feature. It takes a bit longer to compare large databases and often times you will get a server error simply because that amount of data can't be processed on screen.

We have also noticed that sometimes people aren't receiving an email notification once the multiple database report has been compiled and is ready to be downloaded. Typically, the email should arrive within 1-2 hours of running the report. We are looking into the problem with email notification. In the meantime, if you don't receive an email about your report, you can retrieve your report for this site: http://grreports.coalliance.org/grftp/ . This is not a public site, but you can look at the date and time that you ran your report and select the file from the list. You can also contact us and we will send you the report. Send an email to: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Thanks,

Rose
