The Journal of New Librarianship (newlibs.org<http://newlibs.org/>) invites submissions from library scholars, practitioners, and students for its next issue. JNL welcomes traditional and unestablished forms of scholarly and professional communication related to any aspect of librarianship. We hope to see a wide variety of content in terms of scope, length, and format, from lengthy treatises on intersectionality and library practice, to video projects on the transformation of a library's physical space and the perceived impact.

Submissions may include but are not limited to:

  *   Solicited articles
  *   Scholarly articles
  *   Datasets
  *   Media (podcasts, video, etc.)
  *   Book reviews
  *   Technology reviews
  *   Digital project reviews
  * Extended scholarly articles (15,000+ words)
  * Column pieces (e.g. see our Innovation Column)
  *   Essays
  *   Opinion pieces
  *   Conference reviews and reports
  *   Letters to the editor
  *   Manifestos
  *   Interviews

JNL is a peer-reviewed, diamond Open Access publication whereby it is free to read and free to publish. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

International and non-English content is welcome, with translation costs of accepted works covered by the journal.

To submit, see JNL’s author guidelines (newlibs.org/for-authors<http://newlibs.org/for-authors>). General inquiries may be sent to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
