This year, our annual online training series on assessment practices and
metrics
<https://www.niso.org/events/2020/09/assessment-practices-and-metrics-21st-century-pandemic-niso-training-series>
will explore planning, management, and assessment practices in libraries
during COVID-19. Led by course moderator, Martha Kyrillidou, our guest
lecturers will discuss effective practices for planning for library spaces,
collections, services, and strategic innovations – a sequel to the 2018 and
2019 offerings. Participants will also have access to the 2018 webinar
recordings.

This eight-part program runs weekly from 11.00am - 12.30pm ET, September 18
through November 6. Registration is now open and the early bird discount is
good through September 11; there’s also an extra discount for NISO members.
So reserve your place(s) now
