**Apologies for cross posting**

Are you planning to repurpose spaces in your library? Do you need to find new ways to balance remote and in person work? Are you looking for more opportunities for engaging your library staff? These are just some of the topics that will be addressed in this year’s online training series on assessment practices and metrics.

An eight-week series running from April 1 - May 27,  Assessment Practices and Metrics for the 21st Century: A 2021 Participatory Learning Experience will be custom-made, based on the needs of the participating libraries.  Assessment practitioners may join at any level — beginner, intermediate, or experienced. They will work with regular facilitator, Martha Kyrillidou, to form a virtual learning community that will help them make progress on their own assessment projects, find new ways of engaging staff through interactive exercises, and ultimately foster a sense of renewed direction. So, as well as participating in the weekly one-hour facilitated sessions, participants will also be expected to prepare their own reflections and content to share with the larger group every week.

Please note that, to ensure a truly participatory and interactive experience, there is a 20-person limit for this online training series — so don’t wait, book your place(s) now for this unique, custom training!
