At the request of library deans/directors from the Colorado Alliance of
Research Libraries, we have scheduled a product showcase on discovery
systems which have an emphasis on journal literature. Some of you have
had visits from some of these vendors but being able to see all of the
major competitors in this area in one day will help in making an
informed licensing decision. About two years ago we did another vendor
showcase on the more general topic of next generation discovery systems
with products such as Encore, AquaBrowser, Indigo (TLC) and others.
This new program will feature new solutions that have arisen since that
time or vendors which have made a concerted effort to bring in large
quantities of journal article literature into their environment.

The location for the meeting has not yet been confirmed but the date is
solid with all vendors agreeing to this date. If you are available and
interested in this program please add this date to your calendar.
Please contact Geri Virtue to register.

Sincerely,

George

As always - our apologies for cross posting on different listservs
