Incident Tracker

 

Use Gold Rush Incident Tracker to log technical difficulties with
database products.  You can create a special login for Incident Tracker
for public service staff by creating a login under
Settings>UserManagement>Add/Edit Users.  Create a username/password,
check the Incident Tracker box on the bottom of the screen and select
update.  Create a bookmark for this utility and add this bookmark as a
short cut to public service desks.
