Hello, The email notification process in Subscriptions was stalled for a period of time. We have just restarted the process which has trigged email notification for anything that was not sent as of today that should have been sent. If you received email notifications today this is why. When the process was down the emails remained in queue and once the process began to run again today, it sent out those emails in queue that should have been triggered earlier. If you have set up notifications that should trigger a future date, those should properly send on the date that you have indicated. For example, if you have a subscription that expires on 12-31-2007 and have selected 30 days for the email notification, you should receive an email at the end of November. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you have questions, or if you experience other problems with email notification. The email notification is triggered by the end date. Be sure to change the end date as you build a cost history since the calculation for notifying you is based on this date.
