Hello,

 

We are having problems receiving outside email today.  If you have sent
an email to Alliance staff and haven't heard back from us, or received
an undelivered email  message, please feel free to contact us by phone.
Email messages are slowly being delivered, but there is a long delay and
I'm  not certain that all messages are making it to our inboxes.
