Hello,

In response to the CF error message described below I would add that we
were having the same problem here at BYU. Once we used the new public
URL with the new inst_code we stopped getting the error. It seems to
only be a problem if you continue using the old public URL. Hope that
helps.

-Jared

Subject: Re: We're Back! With Gold Rush V4...CF error message?

Hi, Folks--

Thanks for the note. I have been checking our links and we get an
intermittent CF message. Here it is:

.copyright { font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: .7em; }

Error Occurred While Processing Request

Could not find the included template ../libfiles/UNM/grpub_default.css.

Note: If you wish to use an absolute template path (e.g.
TEMPLATE="/mypath/index.cfm") with CFINCLUDE then you must create a
mapping for the path using the ColdFusion Administrator. Using relative
paths (e.g. TEMPLATE="index.cfm" or TEMPLATE="../index.cfm") does not
require the creation of any special mappings. It is therefore
recommended that you use relative paths with CFINCLUDE whenever
possible.

Please try the following:

*	Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail
about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging &
Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception
Information option.
*	Check the ColdFusion documentation
<http://www.macromedia.com/go/proddoc_getdoc> to verify that you are
using the correct syntax.
*	Search the Knowledge Base
<http://www.macromedia.com/support/coldfusion/> to find a solution to
your problem.

I need to send out to our Public Service desks that all is well, but I
wanted to know if there is anything that I need to ask our web people to
do first.

Thanks!

Good Morning Everyone!

The new Gold Rush V4 is now up and running. We've done our initial
testing, and believe that Gold Rush Public and Gold Rush Linker are
working as planned. We're still looking at Gold Rush Staff Toolbox and
working on a couple of minor problems we've found there. However, feel
free to get in and check things out, and email us at
[log in to unmask] if you run into problems.

For those of you at University of Alaska Anchorage, and at Pacific
Lutheran University, your new staff sites are not quite up yet, but we
should have them going for you within the next hour. Your new GR public
urls (http://uaa.goldrush.coalliance.org/ and
http://plu.goldrush.coalliance.org/) are up and working.

Thanks for your patience!

Scott
