Several libraries update their local holdings to Gold Rush through
Holdings>Add a Journal to a New or Existing List. It's always a good
idea to save your updates, especially after updating a large number of
journals. You can do this by going to Reports>Your library specific
reports (2nd category under the Reports menu)> Download Journal
Information for Provider and Database. We try to save local holding
files from time to time, but it's much more reliable if you can remember
to do this. If you ever need to re-upload this file into Gold Rush, you
can do this through the Upload a tile list feature, or contact us to
help you do this.
